Friends of the Animal Center Foundation (FACF) is a registered 501(c)3 public non-profit organization established in 1999 to support and enhance the animal care services of the Iowa City Animal Care & Adoption Center. FACF raises funds to provide medical treatment, behavior support, enrichment, volunteer programs, and community initiatives that improve the quality of life and increase lifesaving outcomes for animals in the Iowa City area.
